Certified Hand Therapist (OT) - Outpatient | $10K Bonus | Mon-Fri

Fruita, CO (On-site)

$47.74/hour+ (DOE) + Quarterly Bonus

Full-Time | Monday-Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)

We're hiring an experienced Occupational Therapist with strong hand therapy expertise for a full-time outpatient role. This position is 100% hand therapy focused, working closely with surgeons on upper extremity cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Treat hand, wrist, and elbow conditions (post-op & non-op)

• Perform custom splinting

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans

• Provide 1:1 patient care

• Maintain timely documentation

Requirements

• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) - Required

• Active or in-process Colorado OT License

• Experience in hand therapy & splinting

• Current BLS/CPR certification

General OTs without hand therapy experience will not be considered

Compensation & Perks

• Starting at $47.74/hour + (based on experience)

• Quarterly Bonus
