We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the aviation industry. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), has strong computer and clerical skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment. Location: Boca Raton, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Full-Time - 8am-5pm
Pay: $16 - $19

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal systems and spreadsheets

  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems

  • Assist with preparing reports and data summaries as needed

  • Perform general clerical tasks, including scanning, copying, and emailing documents

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners in both English and Spanish
