Leading 1031 exchange firm is seeking an experienced client relationship manager with existing
personal skills to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role.
Must be motivated, hardworking, high energy and a self-starter.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing banking teams, as well as third partyrelationships with real estate attorneys, accountants and realtors
  • Develop a wide network of banking relationships within the Truist umbrella
  • Drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets to accomplish financial objectives
  • Track and report appointments
  • Collaborate with management and internal teams on Business Development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in client relationship management or sales;
  • Understanding of real estate transactions/ closing preferred, but not required
  • Exceptional facilitation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accountability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented and communicate proficiently.
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Travel when necessary High energy, a positive attitude a must
  • Team Player and strong negotiation skills
  • Legal, accounting, or transactional real estate experience preferred.

The annual base salary for this position is $75k - $80k.
