101 Mobility is the nation’s largest and first full-scale provider of Accessibility and Mobility equipment. We are currently seeking a full-time installation/service technician to work from our North Miami location. The hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain warehouse
- Prepare for installations
- Load work vehicles
- Install ramps, stairlifts, auto lifts, wheelchair lifts, and residential elevators for ease of access for aging and disabled persons.
- Provide service and repairs to mobility equipment that we provide.
- Maintain inventory.
- Deliver first-rate customer service.
Qualifications:
- Organized.
- Detail oriented.
- Problem solving skills.
- Able to clearly communicate mechanical issues to manufacturers tech support.
- Follow instructions well.
- Possess basic mechanical skills.
- Familiar with power and manual tools.
- Able to lift 100 lbs.
- Comfortable loading equipment in an orderly and secure manner.
- Clean driving record.
- Computer literate.
- Available to work extended hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
- Willing to provide phone troubleshooting support to customers and other field technicians.
Candidates must have a track record of reliability and punctuality at all times. Strong internet and data entry skills are required. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) a plus.
