Your Role as an Installation Technician

In this role, you’ll be the hands and heart behind our life-enhancing mobility solutions. You’ll work directly with customers, ensuring they are equipped with the tools they need to live more freely.

What you’ll do:

  • Install mobility equipment, such as stairlifts, wheelchair ramps and vertical platform lifts, with precision and care.
  • Train customers on the safe use and maintenance of their new equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain and organize warehouse inventory and rental equipment.
  • Light computer-based tasks related to the installation.
