This route is Monday through Saturday, 6 hours a day, and 79 miles round trip. We are a local team that values the reliability our neighbors count on every single day. We are looking for a dedicated Contract Mail Carrier to help us keep our operations running smoothly. You will be spending your days navigating the beautiful landscapes of Aitkin, ensuring that every envelope and parcel reaches the right hands. Responsibilities

Safely transport and deliver mail and packages to residents and businesses throughout the Aitkin area.

Organize your vehicle load efficiently to ensure timely deliveries throughout the day.

Maintain clear communication with dispatch regarding route progress or any road hazards.

Ensure all packages are scanned correctly and handled with care from the warehouse to the front door.

Provide friendly service to our customers, acting as the face of our company in the community.

Complete all necessary route documentation accurately at the end of each shift.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Reliable personal vehicle suitable for navigating rural routes in all weather conditions.

Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Familiarity with the Aitkin, Minnesota area and local geography.

Strong organizational skills for managing daily manifests and delivery schedules.

High school diploma or equivalvent

Vehicle with 120 cubic inches of cargo space, SUV, Van, or Truck with a bedcover/topper
