As a Housekeeping Supervisor / Inspector, you’ll help lead our housekeeping team while ensuring every room, cabin, and guest space is spotless, welcoming, and ready for unforgettable lake memories. If you take pride in high standards, enjoy leading a team, and notice the little details others miss, we’d love to meet you.


What You’ll Do
  • Inspect guest rooms, cabins, and public areas for cleanliness and quality standards
  • Support and motivate housekeeping team members throughout daily operations
  • Help coordinate room assignments and daily priorities
  • Ensure guest requests are handled quickly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and resort presentation standards
  • Assist with training and coaching team members
