Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Lead, train, schedule, and support team members, including conducting performance appraisals and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Monitor and manage labor, productivity, and job profitability, ensuring adherence to established budgets and company policies.
- Implement and enhance operational procedures, systems, and reporting to improve information flow and business processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, working closely with Human Resources and management as needed.
- Oversee inventory management, equipment utilization, and process workflow improvements.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in internal audits, project status meetings, and ongoing training opportunities.
- Perform site walk-throughs and quality control inspections to ensure standards are maintained.
- Document and report workplace incidents or injuries promptly to appropriate personnel.
- Contribute to strategic planning and operational reviews by providing recommendations and implementing action plans.

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in an operations, supervisory, or related role preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, conflict management, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
