We are a Houston based Independent insurance agency that provides personal and commercial insurance, including auto, home, business, and life policies with a focus on risk management and customer service. We offer services like claims support, bill payment, and risk management consulting and have recently been expanding our team . We provide specialized risk management and employee benefits across Manufacturing and Construction Industries We are looking for candidates with at least 3 to 5 years of Personal lines experience in account management . This position will act as the primary contact for business insurance clients, handling day- to -day service, renewals, and coverage queries to ensure high retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing a book of business, marketing new/renewal policies, reviewing coverage accuracy, and collaborating with producers to support business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ACCOUNT SERVICING: Manage day-to-day service requests, including issuing certificates of insurance policy endorsements and billing inquiries.
RENEWAL MANAGEMENT: Proactively manage the renewal process, including reviewing coverage, negotiating with carriers, and presenting proposals to clients.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Act as the primary advisor for client questions and coverage analysis, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
MARKETING AND SALES: Market new business submissions to carriers, identify cross-selling opportunities and support producers with new account acquisition.
DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCD: Maintain accurate up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
LICENSE: Active Property % Casualty Insurance license
EXPERIENCE: Generally 3 to 5+ years of experience in Personal lines insurance account management.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Strong understanding of commercial lines coverages(Property, Liability, Workers' Comp, Auto, Umbrella.
