Job description

The Supervisor, Webstore - 2nd Shift work hours: Monday - Friday, 3PM - 11:30PM

The Supervisor, Webstore oversees daily warehouse distribution center operations, focusing on labor efficiency, safety culture, and policy compliance. This role requires leadership skills to maintain a safe and productive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily activities for the Webstore in order to execute the operating plan.
  • Ensure inventory is received and processed according to priorities and other requirements.
  • Work with other departments to coordinate shipment of merchandise.
  • Train, develop, and evaluate associates in their area of responsibility.
  • Administer Build-A-Bear Workshop policies and procedures in assigned area.
  • Responsible for housekeeping and safety of work area.
  • Instill BABW culture in every aspect of work and support the BABW core values
  • Assure efficient and timely processing of orders with staff on hand.
  • Leverage staff for maximum daily production.
  • Recognize volume shifts throughout the day and plan accordingly to manage workflow.
  • Work and communicate with other departments to resolve production issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2-3 years prior distribution, fulfillment, or equivalent business experience
  • Efficiently use the Warehouse Management Systems (WHS)
  • Efficiency in MS-Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to leverage data and reporting tools
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced distribution center environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years prior distribution experience
  • 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Proficiency in UltiPro

  • On-site position (not remote or hybrid).
