The Senior Visual Specialist is responsible for driving the execution of visual strategies for each floor set based on current company strategy set by cross functional leadership. Partners with Visual Manager to develop innovative merchandising strategies and drives projects based on calendar milestones. Collaborates with Merchants, Space Planning, Store Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment.

• Partners with Visual Manager on the development of seasonal floor sets, product launches, tests, and other special projects.

• Directs and manages the execution of seasonal floor sets, product launches, tests, and other special projects while adhering to calendar milestones.

• Collaborates with merchants to bring product assortments to life and ensure cross-functional alignment.

• Presents visual merchandising of fixtures/walls to cross-functional partners for product alignment

• Delivers consistent innovative and merchandising solutions that improve the in-store experience, drive traffic, and meets Brand objectives.

• Experience delivering in fast paced environment with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritizing

• Strong communication skills and presentation skills

• Stays current with fashion, beauty, interior, and competitive trends via market patterning in order to create new and innovative thinking.

• Visits stores to understand and stay close to the customer needs and wants in order to identify go-forward opportunities.

• 80% of job responsibility will require virtual store design programming and developing in-store visual merchandising for select store formats.

• 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising

• Ability to multi-task, self-manage multiple projects, meet quickly-approaching deadlines, and adapt to quickly shifting priorities.

• Attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Be a self-starter that can work both independently and in a collaborative environment producing accurate work.

• Advanced understanding of implementing product positioning strategies.

• Experienced in Window operating system, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and experience using IWD merchandising software or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising or Art; or a combination of equivalent education and experience
