We are looking for a Director of Product, International Markets to lead the success of Clio's product suite across international markets, with a primary focus on the UKI, APAC, Canada, and an ever-expanding number of countries worldwide. This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of global strategy, product execution, and regional partnership.

You'll own the product vision and execution for international markets, balancing global scale with local nuance. This role is equal parts strategic leader, product operator, diplomat, and entrepreneur, perfect for someone who thrives in complexity, loves building for diverse users, and isn't afraid to get into the weeds.

What You'll Do
  • Jointly own the performance, adoption, and growth of Clio's full product suite across international markets

  • Lead product strategy and execution for established regions while enabling scalable expansion into new countries

  • Drive global product readiness, including localization, multi-lingual support, regulatory requirements, and market-specific workflows

  • Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI

  • Partner closely with Country GMs and cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Operations

  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships and balance competing priorities with clarity and diplomacy

  • Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, currently four, with plans to scale as the international footprint grows

  • Set clear vision and direction while remaining hands-on and engaged in discovery, prioritization, and delivery

  • Identify and pitch new opportunities and continuously improve how Clio builds and delivers products for international markets

The expected salary range* for this role is $215,500 to $269,400 to $323,300 USD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency. In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.

*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
