Position Overview



My client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts while building and scaling internship and early-career talent programs. This role will play a critical part in developing university partnerships, creating talent pipelines, and attracting high-performing professionals and leaders across the organization



The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to recruit managerial and leadership-level talent while creating innovative strategies to engage emerging talent through internships, campus recruiting, and workforce development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, managerial, and leadership-level positions across multiple business functions
  • Design, implement, and manage internship and early-career programs that align with organizational workforce planning goals


  • Develop campus recruiting strategies, attend career fairs, networking events, and university-sponsored programs
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning objectives, and succession strategies
  • Create and execute recruiting strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent in competitive markets
  • Manage candidate sourcing efforts through job boards, networking, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Partner with hiring managers to drive effective selection processes, including interview planning, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health, internship program effectiveness, and hiring outcomes
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to increase visibility among students, emerging professionals, and experienced talent
  • Stay informed on labor market trends, university recruiting best practices, and talent acquisition innovations



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience
  • Experience building or managing internship, co-op, or early-career development programs
  • Demonstrated success developing partnerships with colleges, universities, and workforce development organizations
  • Proven experience recruiting manager-level and leadership positions
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives
  • Background in campus recruiting, employer branding, or university relations
  • Experience recruiting across multiple business functions and geographic locations
