Must be located in Columbus, Cleveland, OH or Charlotte, NC and willing to come onsite


In this role you’ll be embedded with digital product managers, helping decide what we build, who we target, and how we grow.

You’ll turn data into clear decisions that drive account growth, conversion, and customer engagement for millions of consumers across our digital banking experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with product managers to define problems, metrics, and priorities
  • Analyze digital funnel performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Lead deep-dive analyses across large datasets to find root causes and insights
  • Deliver clear, executive-ready recommendations
  • Define and evolve KPIs across the digital customer journey
  • Improve how analytics is done—tools, methods, and standards

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, mathematical disciplines, finance, economics, or other technical degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics/data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience in database querying with SQL.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience in data manipulation tools such as R, or Python.
  • Experience presenting analytical findings to a non-technical audience to guide business decision-making.
  • Advanced degree (Master's, Ph.D., JD, etc.).
  • Experience working with data mining models, structures, theories, principles, and practices, including machine learning, statistics and text mining techniques
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau
  • Experience with AWS Sagemaker and Athena
  • Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
