Position summary:
HR Information System (HRIS) Leader provides strategic and operational leadership for the company's HR technology platforms, with primary responsibility for HRIS. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure HR systems support changing business needs, and objectives, deliver associate experiences, and maintain high standards of data integrity, process integrity security and compliance for the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR systems leadership roles, with a track record of successful system implementations, integrations, and optimizations.
  • 7 + years of HRIS experience, including 3 + years of hands-on experience of UKG Pro and UKG WFM administration, configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
  • Certifications such as PMP, HRIP, or relevant HR systems certifications are a plus.

Primary Position Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the integration of HR systems with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP etc) to ensure data consistency and streamline processes.
  • Continuously assess and optimize HR systems and processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to identify pain points, gather requirements, and prioritize system enhancements and customizations.
  • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and new features.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and standards to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within HR systems.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to derive insights from HR data and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Design and generate reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor HR system performance and track key performance indicators.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices related to HR systems, data privacy, and security.
