  • Partner with business stakeholders (Production Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, Delivery, and IT Department) to translate operational requirements into technical system capabilities.
  • Establish data governance and system reliability standards, ensuring data accuracy, system uptime, and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues, providing ongoing support and continuous improvement of application performance.
  • Lead and mentor internal teams and external partners, building organizational capability in modern system architecture and integration best practices.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Familiarity with supply chain systems: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Production Planning, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation/Logistics systems (TMS), EDI and customer forecast/order integration.
  • Experience with hybrid system environments (cloud-based SaaS platforms and on-premises systems)
