Superintendent

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Construction Superintendent role with a rapidly growing General Contractor in Columbus, Ohio. This role will lead day-to-day jobsite operations on complex building projects. This role is responsible for coordinating field teams and subcontractors, managing schedules, budgets, safety compliance, quality control, inspections, permitting, and overall site logistics to ensure successful project delivery. The Superintendent will serve as the primary on-site point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors while resolving challenges efficiently and maintaining high performance standards in a demanding construction environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combo of experience and education
  • 8+ year’s experience in building construction
  • 4+ year’s experience in supervisory/superintendent role
