Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Recruit, select, and retain qualified team members to maintain optimal staffing levels
  • Motivate and direct store teams, communicating daily and weekly goals
  • Promote exceptional customer service through coaching, training, and leading by example
  • Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards
  • Uphold all operational policies and procedures
  • Buy gently used clothing and accessories in accordance with company standards
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
  • Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates high integrity
