Job description: Assistant Store Manager
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise retail sales associates
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training and development
- Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Assist with scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
