Position Overview

We’re hiring a reliable and motivated Prep Cook to support our café and quick-service kitchen team. This position focuses on food preparation, kitchen organization, and maintaining quality and consistency during service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients including chopping, slicing, portioning, and stocking
  • Assist with assembling menu items and supporting line cooks during service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations and kitchen areas
  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines
  • Label, date, and properly store food items
  • Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Help maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen workflow
Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Weekend availability required (Friday–Sunday)
