Position Overview
I am seeking dynamic insurance professionals for the office of Erin Curtis State Farm who are interested in helping my business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Ohio Property/Casualty license is a requirement for this position; if not already licensed this is the responsibility of the applicant to obtain if there is interest in moving forward with consideration
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Adaption of skills necessary to operate a business.
