Description
The NICU RN provides specialized care to neonates in a Level III NICU, focusing on managing respiratory distress and other critical conditions. Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting patient care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for neonates requiring intensive treatment.
