Join our dynamic team as an E-Commerce Coordinator in the Columbus Area! Our company is a thriving brick-and-mortar business with a growing online presence. We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage our online shop operations, ensuring seamless integration with our in-store activities. This part-time role (25 hours per week) offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital expansion while working closely with store staff and management. If you are passionate about e-commerce and have a knack for organization and creativity, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Prepare, photograph, and upload inventory to the online site following Clothes Mentor guidelines and standards.
- Manage and organize all inventory related to the online store.
- Develop and implement best practices for inventory tracking and organization.
- Handle customer service inquiries for the website, including returns and email communication.
- Prepare items for mailing, ensuring quality packaging and personalized touches like handwritten Thank You notes.
- Coordinate packaging and shipping for outgoing products.
- Order necessary program materials and supplies.
- Merchandise products to the sales floor after online uploads are complete.
- Analyze Shopify reports to identify best practices and improve marketplace performance.
- Drive Sales - meet or exceed online sales goals
- Courses in photography, e-commerce, technology, social media, and/or merchandising are a plus.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including online merchandising and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, management, and customers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Exceptional time management skills to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Strong organizational skills and efficiency in task execution.
- Proactive in addressing and resolving product, service, and marketplace issues.
- Ability to analyze reports and dashboards for marketplace performance insights.
