Registered Behavior Technician: Change Lives, One Session at a Time

Ready to bring your RBT skills to a team that's ready for you?

We're on the hunt for enthusiastic, dedicated RBTs who want more than just a job: you're looking for a place where your experience is valued and your growth is supported. As a skilled ABA professional, you already know what it takes to help clients thrive. Let's do that together.

Same Day Pay! No more waiting for payday. Access a portion of your paycheck right after you clock in and out; for emergencies or just because you need it sooner. Your time. Your money. On your schedule.

Real career growth: job stability plus room to advance in a thriving industry.

Flexibility that fits your life: build a schedule around what works for you.

Competitive pay that reflects your experience.

Part-time friendly: great if that's what you're looking for.

Career advancement support through partnerships with BCBA schooling programs.

A strong clinical team behind you every step of the way.

Fellowship and internship opportunities to rack up restricted and unrestricted hours.

Choose your own cases: no minimum case requirement.

Referral bonuses: get rewarded for bringing great people to the team.

What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one ABA services, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Be a key part of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.

Accurately record session data using electronic devices.

Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent.

A willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.

Patience, compassion, and a calm presence — even in challenging moments.

RBT certification (required before starting).

Good to Know

Services take place in clients' homes or community-based locations.

All positions start part-time.

We're looking for people ready to commit to 6 months of changing our clients' lives.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience In:

Education or early childhood development

Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles

After-school programs or camp counseling

Behavioral health, mental health, or social services

ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism

Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one

No experience? No problem. We provide paid training!
