Forklift Operator

If you're handy with a scanner, and comfortable in a warehouse, we're looking for you! MUST HAVE RAYMOND REACH TRUCK experience (Reach Truck test given with interview on site).

At Kdc/one, our Forklift Operators are the center of our logistics flow. You'll handle the materials that keep our production lines moving and efficient.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate a variety of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) turret trucks, and reach lifts
  • Unload incoming deliveries, stock materials, and track every move with handheld scanners or SAP
  • Pick up materials and components for production runs
  • Move unused or finished goods to inventory with accuracy and care
  • Complete safety and maintenance checklists daily, and report any issues urgently
  • Assist with cycle counts and year-end inventory checks
  • Load leaving trucks to get customer orders out on time and in full
  • Support and mentor new forklift drivers when needed
  • Always keep things safe, clean, and compliant (this is a beauty & wellness manufacturing site, after all)

What We Need from You:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred (if you've got the experience and skill, we still want to hear from you)
  • Prior experience operating equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
  • Comfortable to lift up to 50 lbs, and work around motorized equipment all day
  • Take pride in keeping things organized and moving smoothly
