Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled VP Sales North America to join our team and play a critical role.. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

Who You Are:

The Vice President, Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partner development across the assigned region (North America ), with a primary focus on the Large Enterprise and Government Sector. This leadership role is accountable for developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies, accelerating pipeline creation, strengthening partner ecosystems, and leading high-performing sales organizations.

The VP Sales will provide strategic leadership to both Account Managers and Sales creation resources, ensuring alignment between market development activities, partner engagement, pipeline generation, and revenue attainment. This leader will foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, coaching, and customer-centricity while building sustainable growth across priority markets and industries.

What You'll Do:

Revenue Growth & Business Performance

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
  • Drive new business acquisition and expansion within their regional market.
  • Establish market and growth initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecast accuracy, and key business metrics to ensure consistent execution.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline to support current and future revenue goals.

Pipeline Development & Demand Generation

  • Own regional pipeline creation strategies and execution.
  • Lead and mentor sales resources responsible for prospecting, lead generation, market awareness, and campaign execution.
  • Develop programs that increase market visibility, customer engagement, and qualified opportunity development.
  • Implement pipeline management disciplines that improve conversion rates and sales velocity.

Channel & Partner Strategy

  • Define and execute regional partner strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead Account Managers responsible for recruiting, developing, enabling, and managing partners.
  • Establish strategic relationships with key partners, system integrators, technology alliances, and service providers.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that expand market reach and customer access.

Market Development & Strategic Leadership

  • Analyze market dynamics, customer requirements, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop regional use case strategies to accelerate penetration into key vertical markets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Excellence, and Commercial Operations teams to ensure alignment on growth priorities and market opportunities.

Leadership, Coaching & Talent Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across sales, management, and demand creation functions.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer success.
  • Mentor leaders and individual contributors to strengthen sales effectiveness and leadership capabilities.

Customer & Executive Engagement

  • Ensure customer requirements and market feedback are effectively communicated across the organization.
  • Promote a customer-first mindset focused on long-term value creation and relationship development.

 

What You'll Need:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in managing indirect sales models, channel development, business development, or market expansion roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading regional or multi-country sales organizations.
  • Proven track record leading demand creation, pipeline development, and partner-led go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and complex solution selling.
  • Experience working within technology, telecommunications, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, satellite communications, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong background in channel-led sales organizations, including channel strategy development and partner planning.
  •  Experience operating within a dual sales model, balancing demand generation and channel sales execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence CIOs, CTOs, and other senior technology decision-makers.
  • Experience selling enterprise technology solutions, including hardware, software, and services.
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue business models (MRR/ARR and subscription-based offerings).
  • Proven experience coaching sales teams in a Salesforce CRM environment, including dashboards, KPI management, revenue velocity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Experience selling into Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, and Critical Infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience supporting disaster recovery, business continuity, or resiliency solutions is highly preferred.
