  • Manually handle and stack waste tires weighing up to 50 pounds each throughout the workday.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at customer locations, including obtaining signatures and completing required service documentation.
  • Ensure loads are properly stacked, secured, and compliant with DOT and company safety requirements before transport.
  • Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment; report maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
  • Accurately complete route paperwork and required company or customer documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, route helpers, and operations staff regarding route status, delays, or service issues.
  • Navigate assigned routes using maps, GPS, and dispatch instructions while accounting for traffic, weather, and site conditions.

  • Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while operating as part of a two-person team.
  • Clear and professional communication with dispatch, customers, and coworkers.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 21 years old.
  • Valid non-CDL driver's license.
  • Must meet all FMCSA driver qualification requirements as applicable to non-CDL drivers.
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record in compliance with DOT standards.
  • Minimum of 1 year of box truck driving experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience performing manual loading and customer-facing route service.

Work Environment and Physical Demands: This role requires extended periods of driving, frequent customer interaction, outdoor work in varying weather conditions, and repetitive physical labor including lifting, bending, stacking, and securing waste tires during route operations.
