Ready to turn your skills into a career you love. At OTC, being a Rotating Equipment Technician means more than fixing equipment-it's about growing, earning, and building your future. Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, if you're hardworking and eager to learn, we want you on our team.

Competitive Pay: This position offers an hourly wage of $24.00/hr. depending on experience and qualifications. What You'll Do: Assist with the installation, alignment, dismantling, and movement of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment

Perform preventive maintenance on rotating and fixed equipment. Inspect mechanical components for wear, damage, and alignment issues, escalating concerns as needed. Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and support repairs or component replacements. Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance and installation tasks.

While in training, work alongside experienced technicians, engineers, and electricians on equipment installations and repairs. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent using CMMS or job tracking systems. Demonstrate the ability to complete routine tasks with minimal supervision.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations. Participate in ongoing training and development to expand technical skills. What You'll Need: High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred.

2-4 years of experience in an industrial, mechanical maintenance, or field service role. Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with equipment maintenance. Familiarity with precision measuring tools and mechanical assembly.

Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and schematics. Experience using hand and power tools in an industrial setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Ability to work independently on routine tasks and as part of a team for more complex work. Physical ability to lift equipment, work in various environments, and stand for extended periods. Exposure to rotating equipment (pumps, motors, compressors, etc.) preferred

Valid driver's license and ability to travel for field service work as needed. Why Join OTC Industrial Technologies. Comprehensive Benefits: Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision care coverage, short-and long-term disability coverage, and life insurance.
