Job description

Returns Associate- 1st Shift

$500 Sign-On Bonus!

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions:
A successful Returns Associate will have the following:

  • Assist with daily processing of returned merchandise of high performance parts and accessories.
  • Will have to identify whether auto parts have been mounted/used.
  • Identify auto parts that have not been used and can go back to stock
  • Identify auto parts that are returned in different boxes or no labeling that must be repackaged
  • Identify auto parts & products that can be resold as “blemished” items
  • Follow procedures and internal processes for Returns Department.
  • Look up and research past orders to determine which invoices the auto parts were originally purchased on
  • Inspect and reconcile quantities returned with that of the return forms and documents.
  • Repackage unused auto parts in new packaging so they can be resold


Qualifications:

Skills - Experience and Requirements
A successful Returns Associate will have the following:

  • Minimum of 1 years of Returns/Distribution experience.
  • RF Scanner experience.
  • Excellent Data Entry Skills.
  • Car parts knowledge is a must
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented and a self-motivated team player.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Team lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Able to follow directions without constant supervision.
  • Able to read and understand shipping documents and labels.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
