Position Title: Returns Processor

Department: Order Fulfillment

Reports To: Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Supervisor


Job Summary:

The Returns Processor is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of all returned merchandise. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail in processing refunds, managing inventory updates, and facilitating the restocking of returned items.


Responsibilities:


Customer Returns Management:

  • Manage the returns desk, greeting customers and assisting them with their returns.
  • Educating customers on BuyWanderโ€™s returns policies.
  • Gathering information about the returned items.
  • Correctly processing returns and refunds in BuyWanderโ€™s system.


Restocking and Inventory Processing:

  • Inspect returns to verify their condition.
  • Process returns according to their condition.
  • Restock the warehouse shelves for โ€œChanged Mindโ€ items, ensuring the new location is scanned and updated.

Qualifications:
