Job description

Job Title

This individual will be responsible for the unloading of product by hand at ground level or with the assistance of a portable conveyor(s). They will also be responsible for the daily tasks as it relates to the framework of operations, standard policies and procedures within their assigned department.

Hourly Pay Rate: $18 - $19.69

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday / 5am - 1:30pm

Essential Functions
  • Transport product from one location to another
  • Sort cases by style/color/size and palletize accordingly
  • Sort usable/unusable pallets
  • Shrink wrap transfer pallets
  • Secure pallets with strapping tape
  • May be required to receive/palletize and locate cartons using an RF gun
  • Remove/apply labels to shoeboxes and cases based on rework needs
Additional Skills
  • Ability to operate a manual pallet jack
  • Ability to operate a radio frequency apparatus
  • Ability to take directives from manager/supervisor
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Communicate with upper management/co-workers on a daily basis
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must always work safely and professionally
  • Ability to keep the department OSHA Compliant
  • Knowledge of all company policies and procedures, e.g., safety
  • Ability to utilize Skechers customized programs, such as DOPS, Gar Pac, PKMS,
  • Microsoft Word/Excel, etc.
