We are looking for registered nurses (RN) who want to provide more than just medication administration—we want team members who want to provide a serene environment for healing.

Location: Springfield, OH

Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12s (7a–7p) | Every other weekend

Your impact on the floor: As a day shift RN here, you are the heartbeat of our recovery community. You will:

  • Lead the healing: Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic care that restores peace of mind.
  • Empower through education: Orient guests and families to the recovery journey with dignity and respect.
  • Drive excellence: Conduct clinical assessments and manage care plans in a high-energy, supportive atmosphere.
  • Foster stability: Maintain a judge-free campus that promotes sustainable, long-term recovery.

What we're looking for:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
