Primary work objectives:
MHAS is looking for a skilled IT Consultant to refactor an existing custom .net/C# Human Resources software suite hosted on Azure to meet the needs of our Agency and constituents. In addition to the attached technical proficiencies, the selected candidate will demonstrate the ability to work directly with our Human Resource professionals, understand the basic terminology and business functions of HR, and have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing to the project sponsors. Prior experience with HR applications or processes is not mandatory but preferred. Having worked on an interface with Ohio’s ERP (OAKS) is also advantageous.
