About the Roleย 

As an HCMย Programmeย Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex HCMย programmesย for UK and international clients, transforming howย organisationsย manage their people, payroll, and HR technology. This role goes beyond traditional project management, offering the opportunity to influence delivery strategy and contribute to the continued growth of our UK practice.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Lead theย endโ€‘toโ€‘endย delivery of HCM projects andย programmes, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.ย 

  • Partner with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.ย 

  • Oversee HR technology implementations, including HRIS, payroll, time and attendance, and talent systems.ย 

  • Identifyย and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.ย 

  • Manageย programmeย risks, budgets, and delivery standards.ย 

  • Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge and best practices.ย 

Qualificationsย 

  • Significant experienceย (10+ years) delivering HCM projects orย programmes.ย 

  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and workforce management solutions. Experience with ADPย GlobalViewย and Celergo is desirable.ย 

  • Experience working with UK payroll and regulatory frameworks (including HMRC; GDPR knowledge preferred).ย 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.ย 

  • Strongย problemโ€‘solvingย skills with a practical,ย solutionsโ€‘focusedย mindset.ย
