The Manager, Operations, oversees all aspects of the day-to-day distribution center operations at our warehouse. This role is accountable for driving labor efficiency across the business while fostering a strong culture of safety and ensuring adherence to all policies and regulations. The Senior Manager, Operations, is a proven leader who champions a safe, efficient, and engaged, fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen the leadership pipeline with consistent development of internal talent.
  • Effectively use accurate, timely data to identify trends and improve operational visibility.
  • Forecast accurate labor usage to increase team productivity.
  • Increase team’s capability in using LMS tools.
  • Deliver sustainable, standardized, process improvements.
  • Drive measurable gains in productivity, quality, and cost.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, policies, and procedures.
  • Champion an engaged working environment, improving team retention.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of related experience.
  • Skilled in Warehouse Management Systems (WHS)
  • Ability to leverage data and reporting tools
  • Experience around process improvement
  • Skilled in Labor Planning & Productivity (LMS)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Conveyor Works and Print Apply

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency in UltiPro
