Data Operations Support
Healthcare
$27.00 per hour
20 hours a week – work in EST Time Zone
Remote
6 Month Contract
What You’ll Do:
  • Extract, analyze, and compare raw data from multiple sources to fulfill business requests using tables, charts, graphs, and formulas
  • Support automation initiatives by assisting with the integration of eHealth, QuickBase, and eMeet systems
  • Monitor and maintain reporting schedules, distribution lists, and report inventory to ensure accurate and timely data delivery
  • Validate data integrity by running queries and identifying obsolete, inactive, duplicate, or inconsistent records
  • Monitor a shared team inbox, prioritize requests, and coordinate work with internal stakeholders
  • Provide first-level technical support for reporting systems, escalating issues as needed
  • Maintain client-specific data records and reporting documentation using tools such as .csv and .txt files
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support reporting processes while adhering to established business policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools with the ability to manipulate, analyze, and visualize complex datasets
  • Experience creating dashboards, KPI reports, and automated data metrics to support business decision-making
  • 2–4 years of professional office experience with a background in reporting, documentation, and data record maintenance
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and advanced spreadsheet functions
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and resolve moderately complex issues
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
