CNC Applications Engineer
$30 - $50 per hour, paid overtime

The current opening is for an Applications Engineer.  Main duties include:

  • Install new or modified CNC operated machinery at customer’s facility
  • Coordinate the setup and demonstration of Company machines for customer demonstration purposes
  • Develop CNC machining process parameters
  • Develop CNC programs utilizing Siemens
  • Support end-user training of Company machines
  • Troubleshoot issues related to customer CNC programming and make recommendations and changes
  • Travel approximately 70% of the time

Qualifications include:

  • B.S. degree in a technical field preferred, or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Knowledge of CNC machine technology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interfacing with customers
  • Ability to travel approximately 70% of the time
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
