Location - Circleville, Ohio

Job Area - Deposit Operations

Employment Type - Full Time

FLSA Classification - Non-Exempt

Primary Schedule - During location hours

Supervisory Responsibility - None


The Deposit Operations Representative role provides deposit account and product support to customers.


Duties and Responsibilities

Provide support on cash management services and consumer electronic banking products.

Promptly assist with customer inquiries including research and resolution.

Review and maintain customer deposit information files.

Responsible for deposit accounting processes including but not limited to remote deposits, wires, and electronic files.

Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks utilizing core generated reports.

Process debit card disputes and card requests.

Understand the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally at both written and verbal levels.

Ability to learn and adapt to regulatory changes and company growth.

Ability to reason and make decisions.

Ability to manage workload by taking ownership and pride in assigned tasks.

Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with attention to detail and follow-up.


Education and Experience

Customer service experience required.

Banking experience preferred.

Microsoft Office, or equivalent, knowledge.

High School diploma or GED equivalent.
