Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is interested in relocating to North Dakota to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and support with daily living activities, helping patients maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities
  • ย Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)ย

  • ย Assist patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and prescribed exercisesย 
  • ย Monitor and record vital signsย 
  • ย Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staffย 
  • ย Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring nutritional intakeย 
  • ย Provide compassionate emotional support and companionshipย 
  • ย Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environmentย 
  • ย Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionalsย 
  • ย Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and infection-control policiesย 
Qualifications
  • ย High school diploma or GED requiredย 
  • ย Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification requiredย 
  • ย Current CPR and First Aid certification preferredย 
  • ย Basic computer and documentation skillsย 
  • ย Strong communication and interpersonal skillsย 
  • ย Ability to work independently and as part of a teamย 
  • ย Ability to lift, move, and assist patients safelyย 
  • ย Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredย 
  • ย Willingness and ability to relocate to North Dakota
