Registered Nurse (RN) Ohio | Full-Time

Deliver Exceptional Patient Care. Lead with Compassion. Our confidential client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join its clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate is a clinically skilled professional who values teamwork, patient advocacy, and excellence in care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care, coordinates treatment plans, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining compliance with infection control standards, universal precautions, and regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established care plans.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in patient condition.
  • Record and monitor vital signs, documenting findings accurately and promptly.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
  • Coordinate and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to unit staff while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Participate in daily patient rounds and communicate changes in patient status to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain compliance with infection control protocols, universal precautions, and patient safety standards.
  • Support ongoing readiness for HFAP surveys and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Current, unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire). ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within one year of hire). Knowledge of infection control practices and universal precautions. Strong clinical documentation and patient assessment skills.
