Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for a Senior Project Manager to assist with our projects in Maumee, Cleveland, Columbus, or Cincinnati! 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a wide variety of environmental projects with a focus on environmental site assessments, remediation, and brownfield redevelopment. You will also assist in business development activities, communicate with clients and regulatory staff, and mentor team members.
You will perform various project duties, including:
  • Manage and oversee environmental consulting projects from initiation through completion, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
  • Lead Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with ASTM standards and/or state regulatory requirements
  • Plan, implement, and manage environmental remediation projects involving soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion.
  • Support and lead brownfield redevelopment projects, including coordination with stakeholders, developers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Provide technical expertise and regulatory guidance related to Ohio EPA programs, including the Voluntary Action Program (VAP).
  • Ensure compliance with Ohio Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR) requirements.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, work plans, risk assessments, and closure documentation.
  • Manage client relationships, including communication, proposals, and business development support.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing technical direction and professional development.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, laboratories, and regulatory agencies.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in the environmental consulting field.
  • Demonstrated experience with environmental site assessments, remediation, and brownfield redevelopment.
  • Strong knowledge of Ohio EPA's Voluntary Action Program (VAP).
  • Strong knowledge with Ohio Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR) rules and technical guidance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience preparing technical reports and regulatory documentation.

Preferred Certifications:
  • VAP Certified Professional (CP) designation is a plus.
  • OSHA 40 hour and HAZWOPER certification is a plus.
