The Role & Responsibilities

As a Supervising Analyst, you will manage a dedicated caseload and provide essential supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians. You will utilize a wide range of ABA techniques—including Discrete Trial Instruction (DTI) and Natural Environment Training (NET)—to help children reach milestones in communication, social interaction, and daily living.

  • Direct & Supervisory Care: Balance 1:1 service delivery with monthly supervision of Behavior Assistants and RBT cases.
  • Clinical Assessment: Conduct functional behavioral assessments and language assessments (VB-MAPP / ABLLS) to develop individualized behavior plans (IBP).
  • Data Oversight: Use Microsoft Excel to record, analyze, and report on skill acquisition and problem behavior.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Establish strong, cooperative relationships with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure consistency in care and program implementation.

Professional Competencies

  • Initiative: A self-starter who can motivate and ignite a clinical team.
  • Thoroughness: Exceptional attention to detail in documentation and HIPAA-compliant record-keeping.
  • Communication: High proficiency in oral and written communication with both clinical leadership and client families.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to new protocols and individual client needs.
