Vestcom, a standalone business unit of Avery Dennison, is looking for a Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you aren't just pushing buttons-you are the "pilot" of your equipment. You will be responsible for operating label machines efficiently, troubleshooting technical issues on the fly, and ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards.

***$500 Sign-On Bonus***

Potential Shifts:

Day Shift: Sunday - Tuesday 5am - 5pm, Wednesday 5am - 11am

Day Shift: Wednesday 11am - 5pm, Thursday - Saturday 5am - 5pm

IMMEDIATE NEED:

Night Shift: Sunday - Tuesday 5pm - 5am, Wednesday 5pm - 11pm

Night Shift: Wednesday 11pm - 5am, Thursday - Saturday 5pm - 5am

What You'll Do:

• Own Your Production: Setup and operate label machines to meet daily deadlines with a "zero-defect" mindset.

• Troubleshoot & Improve: Use your mechanical aptitude to diagnose malfunctions and find root-cause solutions rather than "band-aid" fixes.

• Drive Precision: Monitor close tolerances and use our ERP system to log materials and time accurately.

• Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, always prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your teammates.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED.

• 1-2 years of related mechanical or manufacturing experience.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Proficiency in reading technical measurements and basic computer literacy.

Starting Hiring Rate: $18/hr
