Relationship Manager
Reports to: Wealth Management Advisor  
Status: Exempt
As a Relationship Manager at Apollon Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch wealth management services to our valued clients and financial advisors. You will work closely with our advisory team and clients, ensuring that their financial goals and needs are met. This multifaceted role encompasses several key responsibilities and expectations:
 Responsibilities:
  • Attend client meetings and provide valuable support to advisors by gathering necessary information and facilitating smooth interactions
  • Create follow-up tasks based on client meetings and inquiries, ensuring their prompt completion by either the Relationship Manager or the back office team
  • Collaborate with advisors to execute trading orders and effectively manage client investment portfolios
  • Meticulously track and report the status of outstanding tasks, providing advisors with up-to-date information about progress and outstanding client requests
  • Manage client accounts from initial opening to ongoing servicing, including document gathering, account setups, and comprehensive client support
  • Ensure all activities and processes conform to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards, maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions
  • Collaborate with advisors, back office staff, and other team members to provide a seamless and exceptional experience

Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years recent industry experience (required)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • Knowledge of custodial platforms (required)
  • Industry licensing (not required)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Dedication to maintaining client confidentiality and trust
