A role you will love
As our Relationship Manager I, you will develop and maintain strong customer relationships for small to midsized accounts within our ABS. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and provide proactive communication and consultation. You will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver effective Corporate Trust products and services to your client(s). You will be responsible for the Relationship Management of Delaware Statutory Trusts.ย 
Asset Backed Securities (ABS) is part of Computershare Corporate Trust (CCT). ย ABS is a leading service provider to non-mortgage sectors, ABS provides trust services, cash and information processing, backup servicing and safekeeping to clients participating in the following markets: ย securitization, warehouse/conduit programs, secured financings, asset based transactions and Life Settlements.


Some of your key responsibilities will include:
ย ย ย ย This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships for large and critical/complex accounts.
ย ย ย ย Ongoing administration of accounts in accordance with applicable documents, state and federal law, and internal policies and procedures.
ย ย ย ย Providing primary client contact, proactive communication and consultation, and coordination with internal partners for the effective delivery of CCT products and ย  ย  ย  ย  ย services;
ย ย ย ย ensuring customer satisfaction through designing and implementing a relationship plan that meets customer needs.ย 
ย ย ย ย Duties include representing CCT in developing and maintaining client relationships; selling and promoting CCT products and services to existing clients;
ย ย ย ย contractual document review, negotiation, and management of BSA/AML activities including periodic review; manage outstanding fee receivables, negotiate the ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  supplement/amendment process.
ย ย ย ย Participate in in-person client visits.
ย ย ย ย May participate in closing of deals. ย

ย ย ย ย Experience reading and interpreting complex legal documents
ย ย ย ย Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively, while exercising sound judgment
