Job description

We are seeking a prudent Property Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of
assigned multi-family residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value and revenue by
maintaining high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee daily site operations of multi-family properties ensuring smooth operations
 Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company regulations
 Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
 Respond to leasing leads in real time via phone and email
 Support marketing, leasing, maintenance, and rent collection efforts
 Supervise onsite staff, vendors, and contractors
 Negotiate contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
 Help manage budgets, control expenses, and support revenue growth
 Work closely with ownership and regional management to meet performance goals
Qualifications:
 Experience as a Property Manager in multi-family housing is required
 Strong understanding of property management best practices and financials
 Proficient in MS Office and property management software
 Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
 Ability to multitask as needed (and travel between sites, if required).
