Job description

Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Multi-Family Construction
Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multi-family construction projects from job setup through closeout. This role oversees day-to-day site operations, manages project teams, controls cost and schedule, and serves as the primary client contact.

Required Responsibilities:

  • Manage full lifecycle of multi-family construction projects

  • Oversee project teams, superintendents, and site supervision

  • Ensure cost control, scheduling, quality, and safety compliance

  • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Lead project closeout and documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years experience in multi-family construction

  • Strong background in commercial construction management

  • Experience supervising project teams and field operations

  • Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Ability to work onsite (no remote)

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)

Education:

  • College certificate or equivalent construction experience
