What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in a busy surgical department
  • Scrub in on neuro or orthopedic surgeries, including complex procedures such as liver transplants or using DaVinci Xi Robot
  • Handle trauma cases in a Level 1 trauma center environment
  • Assist with a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal outcomes
  • Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements
What You Need

Required:

  • Valid Ohio RN license or ability to obtain
  • BLS certification
  • NIH Level 1 Trauma experience
  • Minimum of 2 years OR RN experience
  • Experience with DaVinci Xi Robot and/or Liver Transplant (hard stops for these skills)
  • Experience in Level 1 trauma centers
  • EPIC EHR proficiency

Preferred:

  • Scrubbing experience in ENT, GU, Plastics, Burns
  • Experience with Eyes surgery
