Responsibilities:

Direct Patient Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established standards and facility policies.

Patient Assessment: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.

Medication Administration: Administer medications, treatments, and therapies accurately and safely.

Patient Monitoring: Observe patient conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.

Collaborative Care: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Documentation Excellence: Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation.

Patient Education: Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Current BLS Certification required.

ACLS Certification preferred (based on unit requirements).

Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience.

Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
