Part-Time Residential Psych Nurse (RN)

Hiring a part-time RN. Flexible schedule availability including daytime and evening hours Monday - Saturday in clinic locations and in residential facilities are preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical/Client management that will consist of 30% direct care and 70% of medication management and administrative.
  • Client appointments including taking vitals, giving injections, calling in prescriptions, symptom management and education
  • Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
  • Develop and execute medical individual treatment plans as needed
  • Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
  • Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
  • Collaboration with medical director residential staff and other psychiatrists
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
  • Maintain accurate client documentation
