Position Summary

Exact Benefits Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to oversee daily business operations and drive organizational efficiency in its Westerville, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling operational systems, optimizing performance across departments, and ensuring alignment between sales, service, compliance, and leadership teams.

This role is best suited for an executive with a strong background in insurance operations, team leadership, process improvement, and performance management within a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business operations across sales, service, and administrative departments
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Lead and manage department heads and senior managers
